Primary Parking: Park in front of the building if spots are available.
Secondary/Extra Parking: If the front lot is full, use the West side of the building.
Crucial Restriction: DO NOT park in any handicapped marked spots.

Please use the access door "C" on the front of the building. The door is always unlocked. Follow the GREEN arrows on the wall

As you enter the vestibule, enter the door with the SIMGOLFNOW logo.

Using the keypad, enter the following code to gain access to the hallway that leads to the lower level stairwell. Follow the GREEN arrows on the wall

Stairwell door is the left door in the hallway. Follow the GREEN arrows on the wall and make your way downstairs to the SIMGOLFNOW Room.

Using the keypad, enter the numeric code that has been provided to you. The codes will expire 20 minutes after your session. The door will automatically lock after 30 seconds each time it is opened. If you have any issues, please call Brian @ 585-205-8323.

Door light is motion detected and will turn on when door opens. The main light switch is located behind door on the left side of the entrance of the studio doorway. Both the Main Room and Swing Bay offer dimmer options. Please shut off the lights to the main room and the swing bay upon completion of your booking.

The access door will automatically lock 30 seconds after it has been unlocked.
The 2 bathrooms are located in the recreation room outside of the simulator room.
There are security cameras in all rooms (except bathroom) and all exterior walls of the building.
Help yourself to beverages in the mini-fridge next to the desk. Please leave a gratuity with your Venmo/ PayPal payment.

COMPUTER
The computer is located under the desk on the right side of the studio desk. The computer is always running and should always be left on. In order to 'wake' up the computer, just click and gently move the mouse on the desk. This should wake the computer and monitor on the desk. The Power to the two monitors is located on the bottom right of each monitor.
TRACKMAN
The Trackman launch monitor is located in the ceiling above the Hitting Bay. The Trackman is always running. There should be a green light indicating that the system is powered up.
It is highly recommended to review the Trackman Tutorial Library and Virtual Golf 3 Introduction prior to visiting Golf Garage to familiarize yourself with the Trackman system and features.

Please return all remotes to the desk area when closing up your session.
PROJECTOR and ROKU

Using the black remote, power on the projector that is mounted to the ceiling. A blue indicator light will come on. It takes roughly 30 seconds to warm up before projecting.
Use the remote to toggle to HDMI 1 for Trackman (Golf Simulator).
Use the remote to toggle to HDMI 2 for ROKU (Entertainment).
BT SPEAKER - CEILING
BT SPEAKER - CEILING
The BT Speaker is located in the ceiling above the hitting mat. Feel free to connect your phone. Hit the BT Button on the remote and connect your device to KY-8000 and enjoy your own music while you swing away. The BT Speaker is also connected to the Projector through the AUX connection. Select this button on the remote if you want to enjoy the sounds of Trackman or if you are using the ROKU through the projector.

Power off the overhead projector(white remote)
PLEASE DO NOT TURN THE PC OFF - leave the PC running
PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF THE TERMOSTAT - TEMP SHOULD BE LEFT AT 68
Place golf balls in the ball tray.
Throw out any garbage - receptacle located in the common room.
Turn off all the interior lights (check bathroom). Keep exterior lights on.
Exit building the same way you came in. All door will lock after hours
The door will automatically lock after 30 sec – please wait to make sure it is locked!
